Two Delicious Dip Recipes for Any
Occasion

Hot and Spicy
Avocado Dip
-
Peel
and remove meat of avocados and mash in a bowl.

Stir
in the onion, sour cream, salt and curry. Serve immediately. Makes 3
cups.

Note:
. use a bit of lemon juice in the dip to keep the avocado from
browning
Delectable Dill
Dip
-
2
c fat free sour cream
-
11/2
c fat free yogurt
-
3
tblsp lemon juice
-
3
tsp dried ground dill
-
1
tsp onion powder
-
sprinkle
pepper
-
sprinkle
sea salt
-
Mix
all ingredients together and chill for an hour or so.
-
To
serve, hollow out a pumpernickel bread and scoop dip into it.
-
Let
sit again for an hour and serve with pieces of bread, crackers or
bread sticks.
